June 2019:
Ivory Rose is settling nicely into her new home at Flying Pony Ranch.  Her new nickname is Ygritte after a favorite character in Game of Thrones who is also a red head named Rose! She joins Pegasus (the leopard), Phoenix (a young Appaloosa stud), and Lamborghini (a black QH filly).   Ygritte has a future in endurance rides!

We are pleased to report that Ivory is on her way to a new partnership with Amy Cox in Texas.  Safe travels and happy trails, Amy & Ivory.

Such a pretty girl, even when she can’t escape the mud!  It’s still just too cold here for outdoor baths.  (Don’t let the man without a jacket fool you.)  Please look past the mud to check out her conformation and pedigree.  She is a very kind and willing mare anyone can handle.  LPLP Red and Five-Panel clean, she will be an asset to any breeding program  – especially those wanting to incorporate the old lines close up.  She will be off the mark on June 1.

.
October 18, 2018:

Today I got to love on 2YO Ivory Rose, Chelsea’s full sister. She’s a beautiful (not so) little thing with a heart of gold and a kind eye like her sister. It’s hard to see her color and spots in pictures but not in person.

Mary, Chelsea’s owner, and I both commented on the “Teflon coating” gene yet to be identified in Sham’s lines. Don’t let all that white scare you – there is something self-cleaning about them, even after they’ve rolled in the mud. Chelsea has had very few baths and just look at her!

Ivory is the only filly available by Sham; there will be no more. She is bred to perform well in whatever direction she’s taken and then be an excellent color producer with clean genetics.  Call Renee and make Ivory yours while you still can!

  1. My goodness, but your horses all ( both past and present) are beautiful! I’m sure that your Ivory Rose is no longer available, but do you have, or know of anyone, that has a mare/filly available from this awesome bloodline?

When you have a free moment, would you please either email me or call me to let me know the status of your horses? Perhaps I may even be able to get “first dibs” on one of the 2018 foals you are expecting…I am willing to wait!

Happy Holidays to you and yours…and here’s to an early Happy New Year!

    1. Hi Anna. Thank you for the nice comments! Ivory is still available. Please contact Renee Clarke at (574) 538-7330 to learn all about her. You can also find Renee on Facebook. Renee is expecting a 2018 foal – the very last ever by our stallion, JBS Sham Again. I’m not sure if she’ll be selling it or not.
